Liquid Cast Materials - Overview
Winfield Industries is a customer molder of liquid cast polyurethane and silicone products. We take full advantage of the broad range of properties available in liquid cast systems to custom formulate a solution for your application.
The liquid cast process is based upon metering and mixing liquid polymers to create elastomers. Winfield uses automatic metering and dispensing machines to ensure consistent physical properties. Liquid raw materials are easily mixed for homogeneous parts. The premium physical properties are available in liquid cast elastomers, which is the key differentiator when compared to rubber materials.
